Dust Collector Control, Monitoring, and Diagnostic System Offering Expanded Capability
These systems are the next generation of baghouse controllers. It incorporates all the features of PulsePro - seamlessly integrating pulse-jet cleaning based on differential pressure, leak detection, and other baghouse control functions into a single easy-to-use device - along with many new features:
- Graphical, password protected touch screen interface makes monitoring, navigation, and input simple and intuitive
- Multiple baghouses can be monitored from one PulsePro EC control—providing enormous cost savings
- Ability to remotely check the status and change the setpoints of your baghouse(s) from any computer on the internet (using the PulsePro EC’s built-in IP address)
PulsePro EC can send alarm emails to notify remote operator of faults.
