Diaphragm seals
Badotherms flexible and extensive diaphragm remote seal range with a wide choice of system fill fluids and diaphragm materials.
These types of seals are designed for either direct mounting on the process flange (types BF/BRF; BF-LGP/BRF-LGP) or by clamping the seal between process flange and a cover flange (types BC/BRC). They are available in all kind of international flange standards, ASME B16.5, EN1092 (DIN2501) or JIS. The diaphragm is flush with the process connection preventing clogging, can be combined with flushing rings.
These types of seals are designed for either direct mounting on the process flange (type EXT) or by clamping the seal between process flange and a cover flange (type EXT-BC). They are available in all kind of international flange standards, ASME B16.5, EN1092 (DIN2501) or JIS. The diaphragm is extended through the process connection preventing clogging and/or other obstructions in the connection nozzle.
These types of seals are designed for direct mounting on the process flange (types US-F/USL-F) by means of stud bolts. They are available in all kind of international flange standards, ASME B16.5, EN1092 (DIN2501) or JIS. The diaphragm is internal, allowing an enlarged diaphragm size in combination with smaller process connections. The lower housing can be equipped with flushing connections.
These type of seals are with flush diaphragm, threaded process connection. The PS construction is designed for those applications the process is very viscous and/or containing parts that might obstruct the process connection of the instrument. Typical applications can be found in pulp & paper industries and wats water treatment. The PS is a single part construction. PS is typically used in combination with pressure transmitters and gauges for pressure measurement.
These type of seals are equipped with a quick coupling connection either by means of a threaded design (types SA-M/SA-F) or a clamp design (types SA-T; TS); allowing easy dismantling and remounting during cleaning processes in food, beverage and pharmaceutical industries. The diaphragm is flush preventing blind spots.
These type of seals are an integral part of the piping either with an off-line diaphragm (types SJ-S/SJ-L), or with an inline diaphragm (types ILS-E/ILS-F/ILS-S); Process connections can be of any possible kind.
Installing the pressure gauges often require some accesories. Badotherm delivers these accessories such as overpressure protectors or syphons for steam applications.
